What this agreement is

By creating a Shchodenno account you enter into an agreement with Pavlo Yamchinsky. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Who can use Shchodenno

Shchodenno is for people aged 16 and over. By signing up you confirm you meet that age.

One account belongs to one person. Do not share access or create accounts on someone else's behalf.

What Shchodenno is not

Shchodenno is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a doctor before starting any changes to your diet or physical activity.

Plans and calorie figures are general suggestions, not a medical prescription. You perform the exercises at your own discretion and risk.

Your content

The photos and videos you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store them and show them to the people you have chosen to share them with — and to nobody else.

Do not upload content you do not own, that depicts other people without their consent, or that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or unlawful.

Moderation

Uploads are screened automatically. Any user can report content or block another user; both are free.

We review reports and may withhold content from everyone but its owner if it breaks these terms. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

We may suspend or close an account for repeated violations.

Purchases and трені

Трені are an in-app currency with no monetary value outside the app. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or cashed out.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play; refunds follow that store's rules. If a store refunds a purchase, we deduct the corresponding трені.

The Енерджі subscription can be cancelled at any time in your store settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account in the app at any time. It is immediate and irreversible.

We may stop providing the service if you materially breach these terms, and will tell you unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided as is, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury.

Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Shchodenno afterwards means you accept the new version.

Law and contact

This agreement is governed by the law of the operator's country of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
